When I said "maple-dijon dressing," my family teased me, but, HAHA, they had to take it back. We loved, loved, loved this dressing and using it as a glaze for the salmon!!!

Maple syrup--mine was real--glazes salmon and makes quite delicious. I mixed spinach with my baby greens. Another time I might skip the carrots and sprinkle on some blueberries. See, I'm already planning the next time...

As I live in Indiana and the weather did not permit me to grill the salmon I cooked it in a cast iron skillet sprayed with olive oil. This was a very tasty meal and light but filling. My husband loved it as well as my 15 year old daughter.
