Ingredients

can Pillsbury Pizza Dough (thin crust)
1
tablespoon olive oil
1/3
cup romano cheese (grated)
1/3
cup asiago cheese (grated)
1
cup mixed greens
1 1/2
tablespoons champagne vinegar
1 1/2
tablespoons pine nuts
6
slices prosciutto

Directions

  • 1 Pre-heat oven according to directions on pizza dough. Unroll dough onto a cookie sheet and shape into a square, rolling up edges to create a crust. Bake for 5 minutes.
  • 2 Brush olive oil over entire square. Sprinkle on cheeses and top with proscitto. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts.
  • 3 Toss salad with pine nuts and vinegar.
  • 4 Allow pizza to cool for 3-5 minutes. Top with salad and enjoy.
