can Pillsbury Pizza Dough (thin crust)

tablespoon olive oil

cup romano cheese (grated)
1/3
cup asiago cheese (grated)

cup mixed greens
1 1/2
tablespoons champagne vinegar
1 1/2
tablespoons pine nuts

slices prosciutto
  1. Pre-heat oven according to directions on pizza dough. Unroll dough onto a cookie sheet and shape into a square, rolling up edges to create a crust. Bake for 5 minutes.
  2. Brush olive oil over entire square. Sprinkle on cheeses and top with proscitto. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts.
  3. Toss salad with pine nuts and vinegar.
  4. Allow pizza to cool for 3-5 minutes. Top with salad and enjoy.
