Made this dish tonight and it turned out amazing. I am on a low calorie diet so I did change it a little. Instead of chicken gravy, I used chicken broth but kept everything else the same. I will make it again!

This recipe is truly idiot-proof...and I should know! It's amazing to get such hearty, mouth-watering results from such a simple recipe. I add about a cup of frozen peas for the last 15 minutes of baking time because I love the color and brightness they add.

This was a great and EASY dinner! I made homemade chicken gravy using chicken broth & poultry seasonings, FANTASTIC flavor! I am not a fan of jar or packaged gravy. My husband even had a 2nd helping and my daughter gobbled her helping up!

I didn't have whole chicken breast so I used tenderloin strips and no chicken gray but I substituted brown gravy mix and added onion soup mix as well. Very tasty!
