cup small ice cubes
1/4 cup red grapefruit juice, chilled
1/4 cup bourbon

tablespoon honey
Maraschino cherry with stem, if desired
Fresh rosemary sprig, if desired
Grapefruit peel, if desired
  1. In cocktail shaker, place rosemary leaves; muddle with spoon to release oil. Add ice, grapefruit juice, bourbon and honey. Cover; shake until cocktail shaker is frosted. Strain into lowball glass over ice; garnish with cherry, rosemary sprig and grapefruit peel.
