bag carrots chopped and peeled

stalks celery cleaned and chopped

tbsp minced garlic
  1. spray large cooking pan with cooking spray. preheat oven to 350. layer bottom of pan with carrots, celery, and minced garlic and mix well. coat chicken legs with garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Place chicken on top of carrots and celery add chicken stock to the carrots and celery, sprinkle chicken with rosemary, cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for 1hr 45min and convection cook for the last fifteen minutes.
