I needed an insanely quick and easy recipe for an early morning baby shower, so I picked this. I used white whole grain bread and reduced-fat cheese to make it a little healthier. The bread starts hardening pretty fast so I suggest keeping them in a big ziploc bag and not cutting them into bite-size pieces until you're about to serve them. Inexpensive and simple!
