Flavored with rosemary and seasoned salt, Dijon mustard becomes a zesty basting sauce for Yukon gold potatoes and bone-in pork chops.

This is a great recipe! There are a couple of adjustments I made though. I double the amounts of mustard, oil, rosemary, garlic-pepper blend, paprika, and salt. I like a lot of sauce and so does my husband. Also you can use boneless pork chops and I cook mine for only 15 minutes and then they're done! Super easy to make and everybody always loves this recipe when I make it!

This pork chop recipe is great. It is easy to make and just takes some basic ingredients. My boyfriend is a meat and potatoes guy and he loved it.
