It turned out ok, but I used regular Idaho potatoes rather than the new potatoes and after trying the receipe, I believe it would've turned out better with the new potatoes. I will try it again with the new potatoes.

For faster clean up and a little kick I cut up potatoes and place in zip-loc bag add seasonings and a couple tablespoons vinergrette type salad dressing...then prepare as directed.

Took a little longer for me to cook (I think I might have cut the potatoes a little too big. Make sure you do cut them small.) I think next time I might use red potatoes. Overall, pretty tasty.
