This is definitely a keeper! Delicious, easy and quick. I doubled the entire recipe EXCEPT for the chicken and it was perfect. That way you use a whole box of penne and have plenty to serve a big family. If you stick to the original proportions I'd recommend cutting back on the amount of chicken it calls for.
Two other minor changes: use olive oil rather than vegetable oil, and top with some good Parmesan cheese. Also, definitely use the fresh basil option if you have it. My family loved this!
