You’ll always want to have roasted garlic and tomato on hand when you taste what they do to an otherwise ordinary pasta, basil and tomato toss.

I loved this recipe! In the future, I'll probably roast the garlic peeled to prevent the mess of peeling it after the fact. I'm not big on a ton of seasonings or spices so it was perfect for me and the basil smells soooo good!

I love this dish and make it often. It can be a little bland for some people, so I switch it up by adding crushed red pepper flakes and roasted red bell peppers.

My boyfriend loved this recipe..though I did change it a bit...I made some marinara and added it to it on top...not quite as healthy probably, but it tasted really good...I just felt that it needed something. The roasted tomatoes and garlic were really good..a bit messy though.

For the time that it took, I don't think it was worth it.

I discovered this dish around Valentine''s day 2001 (our first valentine''s day together) and it has become a tradition! We both look forward to it very much. Simple and delicious, and easily tweaked to become a garlic lovers delight.

This recipe is the best, especialy for garlic lovers...i did change it a little... after cooking the tomatoes and garlic in the oven, i put a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan..then i mashed the garlic into it, cut the tomatoes in half and added along with fresh basil..i let it simmer for about 5 minutes and served over ziti...the garlic went through everything and my husband loved it..would definitely make again.

I made this for the first time with family coming over. It turned out wonderful and was really easy to do. I loved how it didn''t have to many ingredients. The only thing I might do is add a little more flavoring to it and a little less olive oil. Other wise it was great and everyone loved it.
