Ingredient Info
The air whipped into whipped cream cheese creates its light, fluffy texture.
Ingredient Substitutions
Regular cream cheese can be used in place of whipped cream cheese. Use it as is, or beat it briefly with an electric mixer at high speed.
Thinly sliced roasted chicken from the deli is best in these sandwiches, but packaged sliced chicken breast for sandwiches can be used.
Kitchen Tip
If desired, the cranberry sauce can be pulsed in a food processor to make a spreadable fruit.
Serving Suggestion
Bake frozen seasoned potato wedges to serve with these sandwiches.
