Roasted Bell Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped roasted red bell peppers (from a jar)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 fresh cilantro sprigs
  • Assorted crackers

Steps

  • 1
    In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except cilantro sprigs and crackers. Spoon into serving bowl. Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
  • 2
    Serve immediately with crackers, or cover and refrigerate until serving time. If refrigerated, let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

  • Baby carrots, celery or cauliflower also make great dippers for this delicious dip.
  • If you or your guests aren't a fan of cilantro, feel free to leave it out.
