Roasted Bell Pepper Dip

Ingredients

1: package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/4: cup sour cream

1/2: cup finely chopped roasted red bell peppers (from a jar)

3: tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1/4: teaspoon red pepper sauce

1: clove garlic, finely chopped

2: fresh cilantro sprigs

: Assorted crackers

Directions

1 In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except cilantro sprigs and crackers. Spoon into serving bowl. Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
2 Serve immediately with crackers, or cover and refrigerate until serving time. If refrigerated, let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
