I prepared this recipe for turkey and stuffing this past Thanksgiving. The turkey was delicious but the dressing was not edible. I followed the recipe and quantities exactly. Just wondering if the "2 tablespoons poultry seasoning" is correct. The dressing was green and all you could taste was poultry seasoning. After the fact, I looked back to an old recipe I had and it called for only 1/4 teaspoon of poultry seasoning. Help!! Was poultry seasoning the problem?
