EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

While the sandwich bakes, add some cherry tomato halves and sliced green onions to a bag of ready-to-eat salad greens. At serving time, toss with your favorite dressing. Complete the meal with ripe, juicy pears.

Vary the meat and cheese to suit your taste buds. You can used corned beef, smoked turkey or thinly sliced cooked lean ham, and either American, Cheddar or provolone cheese.
