I made these today. The only change I made was using unsalted sunflower seeds and added about 1/3 cup dried cranberries. They were salty enough without the added salt from the seeds. Baking for 20 minutes was too long. They came out over browned and dry. I would start checking them at 15 minutes. Also, not much orange flavor. If I make them again, I would add some orange zest. Not very sweet, so the spread (which I haven't tried yet) is probably a good balance for the muffin. I will probably try them with plain cream cheese and an extra drizzle of honey.

I'd like to know how anyone can give a review of any recipe when they haven't even made it!! Come on folks, make it FIRST and then rate it. Good grief!

I love cereal muffins and this sounds good--especially the marmalade cheese spread (new to me). Bisquick is great and makes everything easier. I will have to substitute what is on the pantry shelf, though--bran flakes and pecans.

These sound like the perfect quick on-the-go breakfast. I'm wondering if any cereal would do? Or, how about oatmeal?

I want to try this, but I don't want to buy a whole box of Fiber One cereal. I am thinking of using wheat germ instead? It sure sounds wonderful.

this recipe sounds great. I would use 2 egg whites instead of one egg and non- fat cream cheese.
