1/2 cup butter

1/2
cup unsalted butter, softened

cloves garlic, finely chopped
1
tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
1
tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
1
tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
  2. Spoon mixture onto piece of cooking parchment paper. Roll to create log shape. Twist ends of paper to seal.
  3. Refrigerate log until firm, about 3 hours. Slice into "coins" to serve.
Makes 1/2 cup butter
