I added 1/2 cup baking cocoa to the recipe and we love it! It tastes like peanut butter cups!

Made these with Honey peanut butter and cake flour (increased amount to compensate for difference between cake and all-purpose)and they were wonderful! The cake flour gives a very fine texture with crisp edges. Will definitely be making these again...probably tomorrow :-D

These cookies are very good. They are very soft and chewy, just the way my family likes them. They also have alot of peanutbutter flavor which is nice. I didn't have peanutbutter chips and used semisweet chocoloate chips instead and turned out great. Definitely a keeper.

I absolutely love this recipe! I didn't have any peanut butter chips but I did have semisweet chocolate chunks and used those instead. They were absolutely delicious! Every adult who tried them loved them! My 7 year old niece however had her reservations as they weren't as sweet as another type of cookie I make that she says is her favorite. I plan on playing around with the recipe a bit more, to see what might be more kid friendly. Oh! I also used all natural peanut butter, ya know the kind you have to stir before use, and that packed an amazing peanut butter punch.

This recipe is a hit. A handful of extra peanut butter chips were used. I made two plates and put them out for a group of teenagers. One plate had the cookies, topped with some Nutella spread. The other plate was the cookie, with no topping. Given the choice, they all picked the Nutella topped cookies and that plate was quickly emptied, leaving the plain cookies. I then topped the plain cookies and the same thing happened....the cookies disappeared in the blink of an eye! The cookies are good as is but a HUGE HIT when topped with the Nutella.
