It was a good basic chocolate butter cream recipe. The only reason I gave it a 3 was because it wasn't as rich as I wanted it. I was thinking it was going to be like a deep chocolate flavor, almost a dark chocolate, but it wasn't. So in the end it was good almost light chocolate flavor but not rich.
