I made this for a brat fry at work. I used regular onion and sage & onion crouton for the topping. Gave it more zing. Everybody who ate it said it was good.

Even after reading the other reviews about this recipe, I thought I could make it better by adding more cheese and milk. However, it was still very bland! I rarely throw away dishes, but this one I tossed after dinner.

It was very easy to make and looked fantastic when it was done but, it was very dry and tasteless. When I went to eat some of the leftovers I added some milk and a little salt. It tasted great then. Next time I make this I will add more milk, cheese, and some salt & pepper for taste.

I made this for my family and it was a flop. Very dissapointing. I thought for sure it would be great. We love all the ingredients that were in it. It was very dry and tasteless. IF I try this one again, I will add more cheese and different veggies...maybe broccoli or peas.
