Just a few extra tips: slice the cucumbers as thin as you can, then salt them and let them stand in a sniertar for a few mins to get rid of any excess water (you may want to rinse and dry them to get rid of the salt if they're too salty). Chop up some mint very finely, mix into some melted butter and spread on the bread before adding the cucumbers.

My favorite sandwhich ever! It's a simple, easy recipe especially if it's your first time making a reuben, like it was mine! It can be put together pretty quickly and the ingrediants are very easy to find.
