A Reuben needs Russian dsg (or sub thousand islands). That's why some of you found it bland. Mix 4 tsp (or to taste) into sauerkraut or spread one tsp between cheese and corned beef. You'll find the flavor you are missing.Terrific idea to put caraway seeds in the dough as well as on top. Thanks, excellent recipe and so easy.

I so looked forward to making this recipe. It was easy...but I was so disappointed. It was much too bland. I froze 2 of them and will perhaps add a nice spicy mustard to the top when I try the next one. I read in one of the reviews to put the caraway seed in the dough. I wish I had read the review before I made the recipe. Great Idea!!!
