Lighten up! You can enjoy great-tasting seasoned refried beans, lettuce and cheese in soft flour tortillas and still keep an eye on the fat.

The is no greater shame than to go on a cooking websight and look up how to make "refried beans" and the recipe calls for a "CAN of refried beans." Have you lost your minds? Do you think that's a recipe? What planet is Betty Crocker from? The planet, LAZY? Lacking Aprons, Zeal and Yeast!

A huge hit. I made a double batch and they lasted for lunch and dinner. However, they were gone in a day. Super easy and healthy, especially with Whole Wheat tortillas & Fat Free Sour Cream. The Lettuce is easily substituded with Raw Spinach. I advise to adding your own home-made Taco Seasoning for that extra kick.

Excellent recipe, low cost and lowfat and healthy. Easy to have all ingredients on hand and everyone loved them. They also freeze well for college kids.

loved this, I am on a points system weight loss program and these are only 4 pts each. I used vegetarian refried beans and a low fat cheese, added some corn and black olives and a little extra chile powder for some extra zip. Excellent, will make this a lot more.
