This is one of my favorite recipes, a great update over the original quick chicken pot pie, which I have used for -- wel not quite centuries. I add mushrooms, fresh carrots, frozen peas, and other veggies as I have them. Family LOVES it.

This is so yummy, my picky kids could not get enough. I actually made it with a can of progresso chicken rotinni soup and a can of peas...the noodles were yummy to add and it provided the extra salt needed. If you try this be sure and drain both cans. MMMM MMMM MMMM!

This recipe was fair. It really didn't taste much like chicken pot pie. The crust was pretty weird, it was actually very cake-like, not crust-like. Chicken pot pit made with reduced-fat pie crust would really be better and even simpler.

Amazing recipe! I roasted 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts with a roasting rub I had on hand (a mix of Herbs de Provence, salt, pepper and garlic). I used Cream of Chicken with Herbs soup and threw in some more fresh-ground black pepper. It was perfect! So flavorful and filling for a low fat meal :)

My husband and I didn't care for this version. It was runny and bland.

This is my family''s favorite recipe. I add various spices (Old Bay, sage, poultry seasoning etc) to our taste and it''s absolutely great. A wonderful way to use up leftover chicken (turkey etc).
