  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup quartered small to medium fresh strawberries
  • 1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream

Scoop ice cream into 8 dessert bowls. Top with berry mixture. Garnish with white chocolate.

  • Blueberries pack a huge nutritional punch. One cup of fresh blueberries gives you 3.5 grams of fiber and is an excellent source of vitamin C.
  • Strawberry ice cream is also delicious with the fresh berries and white chocolate.
  • To make the chocolate curls, melt 1/2 cup chips with 1 teaspoon oil in microwave or over low heat. Pour into a small bowl lined with foil. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until set. Peel off foil. Use vegetable peeler to make curls.
