Blueberries pack a huge nutritional punch. One cup of fresh blueberries gives you 3.5 grams of fiber and is an excellent source of vitamin C.
Strawberry ice cream is also delicious with the fresh berries and white chocolate.
To make the chocolate curls, melt 1/2 cup chips with 1 teaspoon oil in microwave or over low heat. Pour into a small bowl lined with foil. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until set. Peel off foil. Use vegetable peeler to make curls.
