Fudgy brownies meet ice cream and sprinkles in these adorable ice cream sandwiches.
box (1 lb 6.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Supreme original brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
scoops ice cream, any flavor (3 cups)
Betty Crocker™ red, white and blue candy sprinkles, if desired
Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups.
Make brownie batter as directed on box. Spoon into muffin cups.
Bake 33 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
Remove paper baking cups. Cut brownies in half horizontally. Place 1 scoop (about 1/4 cup) ice cream between brownie halves. Sprinkle sides with candy sprinkles. Freeze until ready to serve.
Decorate with candy jimmies in colors to show your team spirit.
Serve in decorative paper baking cups.
