cup white chocolate baking chips

cup dried blueberries

cup dried cranberries
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 13 x 9" glass baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine sugar, brown sugar, eggs, softened butter, vanilla extract and almond extract together with hand mixer or stand mixer for approximately one minute or until throughly mixed.
  3. Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix for another minute until mixture is combined.
  4. Add white chocolate baking chips, dried blueberries and dried cranberries and mix again for approximately one minute until folded in.
  5. Spread mixture into sprayed baking pan with spatula making sure that it is even.
  6. Put in oven for 18-21 minutes.
  7. Cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.
