cup lemon juice

tablespoons balsamic vinegar

tablespoon olive or vegetable oil

teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

cloves garlic, finely chopped

Directions

  • 1 Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
