My husband loved this! My pan must be a little larger and I had to take some of the topping to help fill the bottom so next time I'll make a little more of the crust & topping. I have never made anything with rhubarb before and this turned out great. I will make this again!

So good! This is the first time I've ever worked with rhubarb, and I wasn't quite sure how this would turn out. But I followed the directions exactly (I only needed 4 stalks of rhubarb to get 4 cups since the ones at my local store were giants), and it turned out perfectly! Definitely make sure you eat some while it's still warm -- I could hardly wait because it smelled so great and it tasted even better!

These bars came out way too soggy, and it took nearly an hour to bake properly in the oven. I bake pretty frequently, so I'm pretty sure I did everything right. The final product is ok - a bit too wet for my liking - but I probably won't make these again.

I thought this was the worst rhubarb recipe I have ever made. Dry, tart, boring. Nobody wants to eat these so I will be throwing them out. I added strawberries and blueberries along with the rhubarb.

Very Yummy!!! Very tangy. . . very sweet! I think this is going to be another fave for my family. The perfect summer time treat served warm with ice cream! (I didn't use any nuts and I still think it was great)

I didn't think I liked rhubarb, but when a friend gave me some, I headed straight to BettyCrocker to find a good recipe. These bars are delicious!! The perfect combination of sweet and a little crunchy! I highly recommend this for an everyday dessert or family picnic!
