I haven never made puffs before and this was so easy! The flavor was great - the thyme added flavor while not distracting from the taste of my chicken salad.

I did these for a dinner party appetizer and they were PERFECT. Everyone loved them. I would highly recommend. |

I've just mixed the ingredients and am baffled when it says to drop onto a cookie sheet as the batter is very runny. Makes me thin there isn't enough flour in the recipe. |
