Good recipe. I made as a side dish for pork chops. I altered the recipe slightly adding a bit more cranberries, reduced the butter to 1/2 cup and added 3/4 cup chicken broth, also used pre-packaged herb seasoned bread crumbs so eliminated the sage and thyme. Everyone liked it, however I would recommend adding more liquid if not using to stuff a turkey. I would recommed the recipe and will use again. Enjoy!

This stuffing is a family favorite during the holidays.I cut the fat by cutting the butter to 1/2 cup and adding 1/2 cup of chicken or turkey broth. The flavor is just as wonderful and you won't even miss the fat and calories!
