I made this soup for my family and they ALL loved it. I used a whole rotisserie chicken(store bought), and rotisserie flavored chicken broth for added flavor. Since I used the whole chicken, I doubled all other ingredients. It turned out wonderful...I will make this again.

Not a bad dish, but definitely needs some extra seasoning...and not with salt, the sodium is already high. A nice addition would be with some fresh herbs...

This soup was nice and hearty. The vegetables and chicken were tender and so was the tortellini! I used store bought rotisserie chicken, and reg. frozen broccoli. I made my own cheese sauce(roux). I also doubled the amount of chicken stock as suggested and doubled the amount of Italian seasonings, plus I added ground mustard, garlic pepper, salt and pepper.

I cannot say this soup was good. Neither my husband nor I liked it. I even doctored it up with some of the suggestions other people made - extra chicken stock for more broth, extra cheese, garlic, etc. It still was bland and not something I will make again. I threw the recipe away as I was cleaning up.

This was okay. A little "rich" for my taste. Hubby liked it though.

The soup was good but it seemed more like a stew. It needed much more broth and about 1/2 teaspoon more Italian seasoning.

So easy to make! We loved it! Added hamburg instead of chicken because thats what we had in the house and it was good. Next time I think I will try to use frozen tortellini instead of refrigerated because they are so much more expensive! All in all a great recipe!

Made this the other night for my wife and 2 very picky children. Everybody loved it. Served with Garlic Biscuits like Red Lobster made with Heart Healthy Bisquik mix. Dad was a big hit that night!

Husband liked it, kids liked it and I loved it. I used regular frozen broccoli, added one 1/2" slice of processed cheese (didn't want it to be too cheesy) and added just a dash of garlic powder. I thought it was tasty!

I doubled the italian seasoning to 1 full tsp and also added more broth. This soup was so quick, easy & filling. I will definately make this again. I agree that a caesar salad would be a perfect match.

I just made this soup and thought it was delicious. I did add some extra ingredients ground black pepper, parsley, a cup of grated cheddar cheese and I used the entire container of chicken broth. It came out perfect and was so quick and easy to make.

We really enjoyed this meal, it was very filling and easy too make. I prefer a more soupy soup so I used four cups of the chicken broth. Yummy!

My husband said that he would have given this recipe a 1,ooo, and as far as cooking it goes it was easy, quick, and very few dirty dishes!

My kids are picky eaters and everything in this recipe the liked and was very quick to prepare on a cold night. The only thing with this recipe is that that the broth that you put in to me is not enough to create a "soup like" feel to it - so I added more broth.
