I love this recipe, but I don't care for the frozen grilled chicken. I tend to grill a bunch of chicken that I can use all week for recipes and this works great when I do that. I doubled the recipe and took it to work for a pot luck and many people asked for the recipe. Yummy.

Really good. Two of my kids enjoyed it so much that they asked for it the next day for lunch! My other children were either too small or too picky to try it. But overall, a success.

This recipe really was great! I had my doubts about the salsa/sour cream 'dressing'-- but it was the perfect blend. I only had a little salsa left, so I just used more sour cream and added the taco seasoning mix right in. This makes a really lovely dinner salad.

This is a great and easy recipe. I modified it a bit, added canned corn, black beans and avacado. I also bought tomato basil tortillas and made it into a wrap. It was great, I'll definitely be making this one often.

This Chicken South Salad made from the finest chopped veggies was a delicious meal for my children. Child 12 said that it was delicious, even more than fresh snikerdoodles. Grandpa said that it was too crunchy for people with no teeth but he enjoyed the decadent frescata sauce. Mrs. Letource loved the "KICK" it gave when it was chewed.

Very good.. we started with raw chicken, cooked that in a little taco seasoning and olive oil spray in a pan, then heated up the salsa in the same pan at the end of the chicken being cooked..and at mealtime, let everyone put thelettuce in the bowl, add their own chicken, and had separate bowls of diced red onions, and the sour cream and additional salsa and corn chip, everyone assembled their own..what a great summertime idea !
