Albacore tuna made a thick and filling steak. Next time I will try a different kind of fish.

Very easy and yummy! Didn't cook as long b/c we preferred rare tuna - simply seared on each side.

I made this recipe because I was interested in finding a new and "interesting" way of preparing fish. This was very easy to assemble and cook. I did add 2 crushed garlic cloves to the aioli recipe and that was great. The wasabi added a little flavor but not alot of heat so don't be afraid of that. My entire family, including my 8 year old LOVED this recipe and I will be making it again for special occasions.
