Comments: This recipe is FANTASTIC!!! It was easy to prepare and my whole family loved it, even my picky husband who isn't a fan of onions or peppers. I left out the ginger and it didn't make a difference at all because the soy sauce made up for it. The only thing that I would change would be adding more fluids to it to increase the juices in the final product. It was still fantastic though. It is in my recipe box forever now and I have already passed the recipe on to a few of my friends. |

Comments: Oh My Goodness...This was the best dinner I have ever made. It was TOO good! I followed the recipe exactly as shown, except I only used 1 onion instead of 2. I cooked it for 7 hours 15 minutes before adding the peppers, then 7 more and the tomatoes. I served it with fried white rice. This is going to be a regular around my house, it's already in high demand and we just finished dinner 15 minutes ago! |
