Comments: I saw this pic and thought WOW what a great easy idea I never would've thought of on my own! I usually buy Fiber One pancake mix. I even put a little dab of fat free whipped cream under the blueberries to keep them in place and looks like more detailed eyes. GREAT idea that takes no more effort really when you are already making pancakes for your family. |

Comments: These piggy pancakes are a hit but use a banana slice for the snoot! Good way to get a touch of fruit into breakfast. |

Comments: I have made "bear" pancakes for my kids(now 16 & 19) since they were little. Even now for my 16 year old, his last pancake is always a bear. He just laughs but I think he likes it that way. I know I do!
You can also make the letters of their name (mine also enjoyed these). Just remember, when you flip them over to brown side 2, you have to flip them back on the plate or they will be backwards. |

Comments: This recipe is a hit! Talk about smiles at the breakfast table, my two daughters, four and six, love these pancakes! The fun pig shape entices them to chow down on their breakfast instead of complaining. Have fun with this recipe!! |
