Excellent. I have made this on several occasions. A great meal and very easy to put together. The only thing I changed was I use a fruit jelly, whatever I have in the house. Awesome!

This is so easy to make. I made this a while ago when I was 17 or so for Christmas. Everybody loved it! It was the highlight of dinner. I've made it every since then.

WOW!!!! So easy to make. I followed the recipe except I used a little less Blue Cheese. I served it with a celery root and apple puree. The guest thought it was one of the best meals I have ever fixed. Will keep this in my recipe book. Jay Ohio

This was an excellent recipe. I made it for my boyfriend and his dad for my boyfriend's birthday. They said it was like eating at a gourmet restaurant. My boyfriend begged me to make it the next day! Wonderful!

This was definately something for a special night, but very easy to assemble and bake. I used an herbed loaf of bread for my soft bread crumbs which added more flavor. I kind of felt the gorgonzola to be a bit overpowering and might use a little less cheese next time. I found the sauce to be too sweet for my taste and would probably find some other type of red wine reduction to accompany it next time. All in all, our family really enjoyed it.

I made this for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day- - -he said it was one of the best meals he's ever had! The picture looked really beautiful and I was concerned that it would be difficult to make- -not the case. This couldn't have been easier yet super impressive. I used raspberry preserves instead of currant and shiraz instead of merlot- - -it's what I had on hand. If you really want to impress someone, make this dish!

This dish is absolutely perfect. My spouse loved the mixture of gorgonzola cheese and mushrooms inside the tenderloin. I used strawberry jam instead of currant jam and it tasted very good.

I made this for Christmas. Everyone loved it. The meat was very tender and tasty. I had the butcher cut my beef tenderloin.

This is one of the best meals I have ever made, if not the best. My husband and I went back for seconds and wanted to go back for thirds. It was absolutely delicious and very easy to make. It is so easy to prepare that I am planning on serving it to 60 people for dinner in a few weeks for an annual party that we have. Enjoy!

This is the best special meal I have ever made. It was simple to make and the results were superb. I served it on a large platter with long chive stalks as garnish. Just beautiful. The Merlot sauce is just the right topping and made the house smell so good while cooking. Make this one... you won't be sorry!
