Okay, okay, so I tweeked this recipe a little, but it was still amazing! I wanted to use the recommended seasoning, but the grocery store I went to this time didn't have any. Instead, I used a pulled bbq pork seasoning packet, added brown sugar and ketchup and spread on roast. I poured the can of cola over the roast and added the chopped onion. After cooking on low 8 hours, I shredded the meat with forks and added the bbq sauce. These are a must-redo!

This is one of the easiest, and best recipies. My wife is always leary of trying new foods or recipies, but raved about this more than any other meal I have made. If you have been wanting to try this but haven't because you think it is a lot of work or won't taste good...forget any reservations you may have and do it. You will be glad you did!

I made this for my husband tonight--he's a foodie, and he loved it! Big success. Think it would be better with more BBQ sauce though. I'll be making this again, for sure.

This recipe was very easy to make and was delicious! I cooked the meat overnight so I could have it ready for lunch the following day, and I received lots of compliments on it.

This is probably some of the best pulled pork I've ever had. I couldn't believe I made it! Very easy to make and it will now be added to our regular dinner meal rotations!

Best pork recipe EVER! I couldn't find Jamaican Jerk, but I found Carribbean Jerk and it worked perfectly fine. I also cooked it in my crockpot on high for a few hours instead of low all day. Excellent!!

This recipe made some very delicious sandwiches. What more can I say, if you like barbecue - pork - jerk - whatever - this was absolutely delicious! And hooray for a slow cooker, because it's also easy to make.

WOW!! This was better than most BBQ joints I visit. Super easy to make and a great idea for potlucks, etc. Get a good quality BBQ that you really enjoy would be my only advice when making.

I just made this recipe for a family dinner we have every Thursday night, and everyone loved it! I actually twisted it a little though. Because I couldn't find a dry jerk seasoning at the store, I used a Jamaican Jerk Sauce that comes in a bottle and just an original bbq sauce, mixed them together and poured it all over the meat the night before. Before the bbq sauce I rubbed the meat with thyme just like the recipe called for. In the morning I added the onion and cooked it in the crock pot for 8 hours. After the 8 hours I shredded the meat and it was ready to go. I served it on country potato buns. It was really yummy and not overcooked at all!

These sandwiches were excellent! I overcooked them a little bit so I would recommend watching them closely, but even still, they were a big hit with my family and they tasted great. Im not sure if they look as good as they taste.

This was a good recipe but I think I let it cook too long. It was more of a mashed potatoes substance instead of meat. Still good though. Also, could have used more BBQ sauce.

We tried this recipe and it was so good we ate the sandwiches without BBQ sauce. Some we added the BBQ on the side and both ways is delicious. It is super easy to make.
