Comments: EXCELLENT! A wonderful start/method to add what's on hand in the frig. I had whole wheat bow tie pasta so used that and added 1 tsp. of curry since we love it and sprinkled sliced black olives and capers on top - YUM! Next time I'm thinking of adding fresh cilantro or mint from the garden for summer get togethers - and fresh tomatoes & salsa peppers from the garden as well! I am SO ready for summer! |

Comments: Very good and beautiful presentation! Everyone thought it was just gorgeous. I used cheese tortalini instead of the pasta, and it helped it be hearty enough to serve as a side or a main dish. Yummy! |

Comments: If you don't like curry and want a spice to it you can add 1tsp of white pepper and with the layers add peppercinis on top |
