I made this for dinner tonight and it was wonderfull! When I first told my 12 year old what was for dinner he said, "He wasn't going to have any that it sounded disgusting!" In the end he had two big helpings and asked for me to make it again. My husband who is not too fond of sweet potatoes had two helpings and finished the last of my second as well. It was any easy receipe to follow. I also like to cook as organic as possible so this was a good one to start with. I love the cost and the shopping list to go with made it a breeze in the grocery store! I will bring so tomorrow to work for left overs and share with anyone that wants to try it!

my family loved this recipe. I've only recently started fixing vegetarian meals and was afraid they would'nt go for it, but they absolutely loved it. my only change would be to add a bit more curry and garlic and perhaps shorten the cooking time as it did get fairly mushy. the house smelled wonderful and my husband said it was as good as some of the dishes we get at the indian restaurant we go to. my plain yogurt hating son loved the plain yogurt on it!!

My husband and I really enjoyed this. We left out the green beans and didn't top it with yogurt, and it was still great. We like things spicy, so we did add some hot sauce. It also freezes and reheats pretty well, but can get a bit mushy if the vegetables are cut too small.

Was very plain tasting, not very strong on the curry flavor. I would leave out the green beans all together they made it all fall apart as a flavor.

Wow, this has really great flavor. The problem is it turned into MUSH in my slow cooker! Maybe I did something wrong...as far as the flavor goes, though, this is a winner. I served it with brown rice, which gave the mush some texture LOL. It would also be good with crusty bread and a salad.
