Comments: The taste was fine but way to bland to be considered a chili, even with extra seasoning added. We enjoyed it more as leftovers served on corn tortillas and topped with green salsa. |

Comments: I baked a 13"x9" glass dish loaded with chicken leg quarters, and then pulled the chicken off of the bone(s).Generous dash of white pepper,I like the white corn, the beans were great, and I did make four different condiments for the folks to add what ever 'heat' for their own bowls of the chili. And ,I did make planty of jalapeno-corn-bread too. With cold weekend afternoons fast approaching, this will be so very easy to start mid-morning for the folks. |

Comments: This was very good, but needed a little spicing up... I added a half can of green chilli's to the 1st stage of cooking and increased the hot pepper sauce. Then, I thickened the broth a little when I noticed it was still very watery after the addition of the beans (I just used a little bit of cornstarch mixed with a little of the broth, turned out just right). When I served it I added a dollop of sour cream and a few jalepeno's on top. This is a FANTASTIC chili! I will make it again! Thank you Betty! |

Comments: Very good soup! I used canned chicken and cooked it in a big pot for about an hour instead of using the slow cooker. Great taste and flavor! |

Comments: I made this without the slow cooker!
Once a month I boil some cubed chicken breasts and store them in the freezer in ziplock bags for those "I don't feel much like cooking" nights.
So I used a bag of those and brought them from frozen to a boil in what you would normally put in the slow cooker. I did not use onions because they give my husband reflux. Instead, I used a few spoonsful of green chilis. Also, I withheld the red pepper sauce because my younger children don't like things too spicey. It can be added to individual bowls.
Slow cookers give flavors longer to mingle, but since I did this on the stove in a matter of 1/2 hour, I made it earlier in the day and put it in the refrigerator. The flavors mingled wonderfully and come dinner time all we had to do was warm up a bowl.
Mixed in a little fat free sour cream and ate with corn chips. YUM! We'll be having this frequently this fall! |

Comments: I made this last nite and it was soooo good!! After reading the different reviews, I decided to add green chilies for zest. That was good, but next time, I'll add chopped jalapenos. Easy, tasty, a fabulous winter evening meal! |

Comments: The shorter amount of time it takes in the slow cooker means it can be started later in the day if your morning is hectic. Doubling the recipe works great for the 6 quart cooker. It has no tomatoes, which is a plus - it is hard to find slow cooker main dishes that don't use tomatoes. It is also a great way to use home made turkey broth if you make use of your holiday turkey carcass in this way. Served with a spinach salad and corn bread, it is a very satisfying and delicious meal. |

Comments: This recipe is AWESOME! I'm on a 1200 cal a day diet and this is absolutely one of the best recipes I've used since I started it. My husband LOVED it too! The only thing I did different is add a bunch more pepper sauce...we like it spicy. |

Comments: This chicken chili is awesome and very easy to make. I used chicken breasts instead of the thighs and cut them up first and shredded them more when they were cooked. I also upped the hot sauce as someone else had recommended to give it a little kick. |

Comments: This was a hit, even with picky kids who don't like "regular" chili! I used boneless skinless thighs and shredded them with two forks right in the pot when they were cooked. I also added an extra can of corn and 2 cans of cream of chicken soup to make it less like chicken soup with just broth. Tasted great and is a new family favorite! |
