Comments: EXCELLENT! Super easy and so tasty. We did stir fry the chicken with ginger and garlic as seen in the suggestions at the bottom of the recipe. I always use fresh veggies and in this case added shredded carrot. We used store bought Kikoman stir fry sauce which has a pretty nice flavor. Used whole grain tortillas which were great and healthy! Served with steamed edamame on the side. We will definitely have this again. |

Comments: Good recipe but, I would delete the mushrooms next time and use a little less stir-fry sauce. A hint to a crisper taco after you put all ingredients in, put them on a non-stick cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes at 425 degrees. |

Comments: We used Thai Peanut sauce and it turned out great. This is a keeper. Quick and easy too. We used a blend of broccoli, red peppers and green beans which worked well. |

Comments: Liked it, but will add more things in the future, like some cheese. |

Comments: Where I live they don't sell frozen bags of these veggies, so I used fresh vegetables. This was good, but nothing special, definately a healthy choice. I will probably add something to spice it up next time, like cayenne pepper. |
