Comments: Made these for the big game a couple of weekends ago. It was a huge hit! The corn chips really make this dish stand out- IMHO. I also doubled the batch per review- and had some leftovers for the next day. Next time I will garnish with some cilantro is I have it hanging around the house.
I used low fat cream cheese and sour cream and nobody could tell the difference. Will make again! |

Comments: This was great(even my teen who HATES beans liked it), except that it isn't enough for 4 people. My advice would be to double the recipe. You might have some left overs, but nothing wrong with that! :) |

Comments: This recipe is good except that it doesn't come anywhere near feeding 6 people! 2 shells per person is not enough for a supper. At best it feeds 3 people! And if you have a hungry teen make it 2 people!!!! |

Comments: My cousin has mademe this recipe on a few occasions and it was very good. A nice change from the usual shells and pasta sauce. |
