These were by far the best enchiladas I have ever had! I would go a little easier on the green salsa than what the recipe recommends is all... kind of takes over from the rest of the dish. I also substituted spinach artichoke cream cheese...AMAZING |

At first I was hesitant to try this recipe because I've never cooked with a green sauce before. I was so pleasantly surprised to discover that it is extremely tasty, so good in fact that I could've easily eaten the whole pan myself if no one else liked it...however it was an all-around hit. I love this website ! |

This recipe was wonderful!!! I used Pace Green Taco Sauce Medium and Fiesta cheese. Scrumptuous! |
