Amazing!!! My husband still can't stop talking about it. It is VERY hot, but totally worth it. Tasted even better cold the next day!

Yum! We really liked this! Used chicken broth but will try the red wine next time... I only used half of a red chili pepper to control the heat, but it was quite mild. Try this!

This is a quick and truly delicious dinner. My husband and I enjoyed the rest of the wine with the dinner and couldn't believe how great it really was - very restaurant quality and unique.

This was a big hit with my family. As I began cooking, the atmosphere was like, oh great, dad is trying another recipe. Once they tasted this dish, there was nothing left for leftovers!

This turned out to be fantastic! I did alter the receipe slightly, because no where did it say to add salt. So do salt the sauce for taste preference. I used red wine and also added a teaspoon of granulated chicken boullion (sp?). Since this was the first time I made it, I chose a large red chili pepper and took the seeds out. The result was mild spiciness, but probably preferable for most people, unless you really like a kick. Any way, I loved it and my family loved it. It is one we WILL use again!
