Comments: Amazing!!! My husband still can't stop talking about it. It is VERY hot, but totally worth it. Tasted even better cold the next day! |

Comments: Yum! We really liked this! Used chicken broth but will try the red wine next time...
I only used half of a red chili pepper to control the heat, but it was quite mild.
Try this! |

Comments: This is a quick and truly delicious dinner. My husband and I enjoyed the rest of the wine with the dinner and couldn't believe how great it really was - very restaurant quality and unique. |

Comments: This was a big hit with my family. As I began cooking, the atmosphere was like, oh great, dad is trying another recipe. Once they tasted this dish, there was nothing left for leftovers! |

Comments: This turned out to be fantastic! I did alter the receipe slightly, because no where did it say to add salt. So do salt the sauce for taste preference. I used red wine and also added a teaspoon of granulated chicken boullion (sp?).
Since this was the first time I made it, I chose a large red chili pepper and took the seeds out. The result was mild spiciness, but probably preferable for most people, unless you really like a kick. Any way, I loved it and my family loved it. It is one we WILL use again! |
