I love this recipe.... the combination of mellow banana, smooth custard, sweet caramel and crunchy nuts...YUMMY! I have the Bisquick Cookbook and this recipe is included....I was so happy to find it online so it could share it easily....

This pie is so easy to make. I have made it for big family gatherings and it was such a hit everyone asked for the recipe. No one believed me it was easy to make!

This pie was wonderful. It was so easy to make. Everyone at it up so fast. I only put whipped cream on top. Fantasic banana recipe.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this dessert. The texture is more like bread pudding than custard, but I was pleasantly surprised by this outcome. Also, I used about half the sugar - - judging by the final product, the pie did not need the extra sugar (but of course this is a matter of preference). Overall, an easy and tasty dessert!

This pie is a wonderful combination of flavors. The ripe bananas give it a mellow dense taste and the addition of whipped topping, walnuts and caramel add creamy smoothness, crunch and warm sweetness to the palate. If found it to be a delightful combinatin of tone and textures. I will definitely make this again.

Comments:
This was a very dense, heavy pie. It didn't look like or taste like custard. The texture wasn't even close to custard. I wouldn't waste my time or money making this again.
