These were tasty. As others have said, the crust was little dry, but the filling was great!

Like others have posted, these can be a bit dry - they seem to have an excessive amount of biscuit versus filling. There was potential there, though! The egg filling seemed tasty. I will make them again someday, but use just 1/2 or 3/4 of the dough.

I have not tried these yet but they sound yummy. I wish to offer a tip to those making these and other tart shaped goodies- Purchase a TART MAKER to make pressing the dough into the mini tart pan easier. It works great! Can buy in any kithen gadget aisle.

I made these for a meal and served with a salad. They were great and my husband loved them.

These were a lovely little bite to my luncheon with friends. I found pressing the crust into the muffin pans time consuming however and the crust kind of overpowered the filling as well. I'd much more likely to make this as a regular quiche to better enjoy the lovely taste of the filling.

Made for Easter brunch and the group really liked them. I tasted more of the pastry/crust more than anything so I didn't love them but they were good overall. I think I took longer than the suggested prep time because I had to cook the bacon and it took me awhile to spread the Bisquick into the muffin pans so that was disappointing (especially doing this late at night when I was tired.) I only used a small amount of green onion and reserved 6 or so of the quiches for no-bacon. Also used cheddar instead of swiss (not a big fan of swiss) and that was good. Since they were a big hit with the family, I will make again.

I made these for the first time last night. Doubled the recipe. Had to use extra water (I think 8 teaspoons before I felt it was a good mixture). Used vegetarian bacon so everyone could enjoy. I made the crust as thin as I dared, and it came out okay, lots of compliments. Put the bacon on the bottom, then the onions, then some cheese, then the liquid ingredients, but I used 1 tablespoon per unit. They puffed up beautifully and browned nicely because of the cheese. I will definitely make these again!

I love these! They can be dry if you make the crust to thick.... the trick is to press the dough as thin as possible because it does bulk up. Other than that they are delicious and you can really use any ingredients you want.

This recipe is a requirement when I do Coffee Pause for church. I double the crust recipe and triple the filling to make 48. I do one third the stated way and then some spinach and swiss and some broccoli and cheddar. I use 1 and 1/2 t. of the custard filling for each quich. I sprinkle the green onions on the bottom of the crust rather than mixing into the filling. I've never had any trouble with them being dry, even after reheating. Possibly I'm using more of the liquid filling. No matter how many I make, there are never any leftovers and they're cleaned out in 5 or 10 minutes. Be careful not to overbake them. Bake just until set.

I was really disappointed that after all the prep put into them that they were so dry. Even my 16 year old son- - -who eats anything- -said they weren't good.

I made these mini quiches for Easter Sunday as an appetizer and all of the guest complained that they were too dry.
