I tried this recipe and my husband and I really enjoyed it. As neither of us is paticularly fond of broccoli, I used frozen peas instead.

This recipe is awesome! Served it for company and it was a huge hit. What's so great is it versitile, you can really change up one or two things and make a new meal. My husband and I both love it!

This turned out fabulous! Instead of chicken I used boca ground burger, and I used 2 slices white american and 2 slices yellow american cheese. I will definitely be making this again!!!

My family loved it! I mixed mine up before cooking but i wont do that next time, potatoes on top were to brown and crispy. I think they would cook better left mostly on the bottom of dish. Was shocked how good it tasted!!

I used a mix of shredded mozzarella and mild cheddar, and leftover chicken...we ate the entire thing and that never happens! What a great way to sneak in the veggies, too!

Cooked it tonight, kids didn't really like it. I thought it was dry. Maybe it would be better with velveeta.

I made this with cooked ground turkey instead. I replaced the cheese with one or two cups of shredded cheese, mixing half in and the other half on top. I used peas and carrots instead of the broccoli. I deleted the bread crumbs too. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical before it when in the oven. But the family loved it and they want to have it again. It was really easy and economical to prepare. Clean up was minimal.

This was just okay. I would give it a 2 but my kids liked it so i'll bump it up to a 3. I did not think it turned out well. If you do make it...be sure to leave the potatoes at the bottom of the dish so that they can cook. I had mixed mine up and most of them ended up uncooked and crispy.

My family loved this meal! it is time consuming to pull the chicken off the bone but the end result is great! Make sure to get all the potatoes completely wet in the cheese sauce before you put them in the oven or they come out hard. It is a little bland but my children like it that way.
